🐈⬛ Life Hi friend! How’s the week going for you? Heartbreak is really two steps forward and one step back. Pain also comes in waves. For me, it’s always the mornings that hurt the most. But as my friend Ken says, you have to measure by weeks, and I feel much better this week. Life keeps going on.
I love the No Tipping culture in Asia. Here in Canada it is expected but no one will say anything if you don't tip. My friends and I usually go to places where tipping is not expected like AYCE sushi, buffets, or fast food.
Hope you make it into China soon with out too much hassle. Write a post on how easy or hard it is to get back in if you have time.
Hi Tina :) My name is JJ from Seoul, South Korea (<- long story short, this is my english name even though I am a woman) and I am following both your youtube and your post!
Im not sure how long you are staying in Seoul but if you would like to meet your fan which is me😅, send me a DM to my linkedin! No pressure :)
Heeey Tina. I have a technical interview in 2 hours and I just wanted to thank you. If I didn't start following life streams and learn this much about productivity, most probably I wouldn't able to get this opportunity. Regardless of the outcome, I think me getting this interview shows that I improved myself. So thank you. 😢🤩🥳💙
I took a break from anime well over a year ago and I just returned to watching them regularly about a month ago. Taking a break from hobbies and returning when they are needed is fine. Hobbies are apart of life's experiences, but not life itself :) Maybe for now Tina v2 doesn't need them quite right now, but Tina v2.3 might see them brought back for a time. Who knows ^_^ The upside is that when that time comes, there will be several new anime out to watch since some real bangers popped up this year. I pray for your safe travels abroad.
1. People use Kakao Talk the app which is their version of wechat/ whatsapp. KakaoTaxi is the rideshare.
2. power to you but I can't stand malcolm gladwell.
3. Tipping I think is stuck in america bc capitalism but also other countries have a uniform tax code (I assume) so its probably easier to bake in the tax and tip.
Tip for meeting new ppl: I met all my current friends through board gaming meetups. Highly recommend it as a social activity that also keeps the mind sharp.
Shieeee…. Korea huh? Just make sure you don’t run into a guy in a suit that asks you play ddakji 🦑 🎮👀😂😂
You made a good shift in pausing “Crucial Conversations”. Slow and minimal exposure to what caused you harm is a good way to heal from trauma or so say the psychologists I listen to 😅

Sure thing, ahem…. you better make sure to have the website up and running by the next newsletter o..or…or else I’m unsubscribing!! Not just the newsletter, your YouTube channels as well!😤 lmaooo
Anykitten, if you can show us a bit around Korea! Never been there so I would like to see what’s there to do on that side of the world. Take care as always
I’ve had David and Goliath on my want to read list for a while so I am excited to hear your thoughts. Try not to stress about the ex to much and enjoy the amazing travel experiences.
So I didn’t know about lonely octopus until just now and I’m super excited! I’m actually studying (Google course) Data Analytics right now. This program idea sounds amazing to me. :))
In Europe we also tip, but you really don't have to. Only if you want to! And there's no percentage you must abide.
I hope you are okay Tina, your videos have helped me a lot... I have some anxiety and depression and a tendency to break my own heart sometimes and then not be able to do anything productive, I always come back to your videos or newsletter. It feels comfy and cozy. Wish you the best 🌸
Hi Tina, I love you channel and enjoy your writing. This is life. People come and leave. It reminds me of the scene of train from Spirited Away. No matter who we meet and how long we have been, we are just passengers shared the trip, for a while.
Sometimes people leave your life and that is it.
The bbq is the best 🤤 good to hear you’re feeling better!
So cool you are in Korea!

Try meet ups for cybersecurity or coding.
Here in Brazil we don't have tip culture too lol

Every step you are making is foward, that is great, and remember, no matter where you are going, there always be people waiting for you.
