Office makeover edition
🐙 Hi friend, how’s it going?
BIG news - we finally redecorated the office, and I am very happy with how it turned out.
We used AI to help pull the whole look together (of course), and now we have a proper rug, a lamp, curtains, and the cutest little framed paintings on the wall. It actually feels like a space I want to spend all of my time in now.
I may or may not have taken quite a few naps on the rug. 👀

🦞 OpenClaw - Building Real Workflows
OpenClaw runs some of my core workflows across my personal life and business. But it’s quite finicky. You do need to set it up properly to have long-term sustained results.
First of all, Openclaw needs a dedicated always-on machine, not your daily laptop. Then the setup wizard choices, the first project brief, building a multi-agent crew, and eventually a Mission Control dashboard showing everything your agent is doing in real time.
I’ve put all my prompts here 👉 grab them and check out this week’s video for the full walkthrough. 👀
Overall, I’m in so deep on the entire category of local AI agents. Look forward to more videos on Claude Cowork and Hermes too!
📊 AI & The Future of Work
McKinsey just put numbers to something a lot of us are feeling. In 2023, only 30% of employees used AI at work. By 2025, it was 76%.
What’s interesting is that the impact isn’t uniform. 51% of organizations say GenAI is reducing their need for entry-level roles. On the other hand, the heaviest AI users are 10% more likely to quit than non-users. The people who are best at this know their value, and the market is rewarding them for it.
AI isn’t replacing work; it’s reshuffling who does what and who gets paid for it. The people who understand that and keep building will be in a really good position. The ones who wait to see what happens probably won’t be.
This is actually an opportunity if you’re paying attention. 💜
🎭 Anime
Shiki 🧛
It’s set in a small village where people start dying mysteriously. It’s about what a community does to itself when it’s scared and doesn’t fully understand what it’s up against. Highly recommend it if you like a slow burner with a good payoff.

Adding AI into a workflow you already have beats building a whole new one from scratch. That’s the use case that actually sticks, and it’s exactly what Viktor has done for my team and me.
Viktor lives in Slack as an actual AI coworker. Not a chatbot. It connects to 3,000+ tools and does real work across the business. It runs reports in HubSpot, reconciles invoices in QuickBooks, drafts launch copy, and ships code changes. All without anyone leaving Slack.
My favourite use case: our Monday morning digest. I open Slack, and it’s already there - what shipped, what stalled, what’s at risk. No chasing people for updates or context switching. Just the stuff that actually matters, ready for the team.
If you want a small team to operate like a much larger one, this is worth a real try. 👇

This one comes from the Kilo Code guys Substack - if you're not following them, you should. They post very frequently articles like this, as well as articles comparing models in coding tasks. Their product is under heavy development and can pretty much do what any other coding tools (cough Anthropic) do.
